Dearest League, As I have been democratically elected to act as your commissioner for the next fantasy season, I am required to step down from my post as Players Union President. I will be appointing Daniel T. Ford to follow in my footsteps. Dan has been an extremely active member of this league and I am confident that he will represent the interests of our league's players. LEAGUE OF CHAMPIONS CONSTITUTION Membership Permanent Membership Becoming a permanent member: A manager will become a permanent member of the League of Champions if and only if eight or more members of the league vote in favor of permanent membership for that particular manager. Removal: A permanent member shall be removed from the league if and only if ten or more members of the league vote to remove that manager from the league. Elections: Elections for permanent membership shall be held for any non-permanent members at least two weeks before the draft each year.
